Unless your organization is a church or government institution, all nonprofits with tax-exempt status must file a 990 with the IRS each year to maintain their status. Our nonprofit tax services are examined by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who will help guide your organization through the process. We will make sure you have filled out the correct form, the form is correctly filled and done so according to compliance regulations (on-time). If you are running late with your filing, we will help you reduce or eliminate fines by going through the proper deadlines to extend deadlines.
